Neat and clean room with enough space for luggage. Close to bus stops - making it easy to explore the outskirts of Tokyo. The staff was super helpful. They had a fully equipped kitchenette and even provided free miso at check-in.
strongly recommend

Smi:Re Stay Tokyo offers you the "authentic experience" of living in a neighborhood with no train stations or restaurants around. Truly unique!
So glad I had to walk over 1km from the nearest station just to remove my shoes for check-in. Totally worth it.

The location of the hotel is not ideal, as it is a bit far from the nearest train station, around 15 minutes away. However, it is still relatively close to subway stations and a popular Tokyo shopping center.
The hotel lacks sound-proofing, which can be a downside for light sleepers.

We were absolutely blown away by this place! It was different from any other accommodation we've stayed in before, and we loved it! The after-hour check-in was a breeze, and the checkout process was so simple. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel so welcome. Our room had everything we needed and more - a washer, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, flat-screen TV, AC unit. The beds were super comfy and the photos on their website were spot on. Plus, the washing machine had English instructions, which was a lifesaver. If you're into Kit Kats, make sure to check out Don Quijote for their extensive selection. And did I mention that there's free wi-fi and a fully-equipped kitchen with an electric kettle and cookware? our stay was absolutely mind-blowing and perfect for our family of three. Highly recommended!

The room was cozy and had a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator. It felt like a home away from home, which was perfect for someone like me who enjoys cooking their own meals.
Personally, I found the shower/tub combination in the private bathroom a bit inconvenient.
